International projects for a stronger healthcare system
SBP Management is a Berlin-based company for the development, management, and implementation of healthcare projects. Since 2011, we have been working with hospitals, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, public bodies, and international partners.
Our projects connect areas that are often considered separately in healthcare: organization, workforce, vocational education, medical technology, sterile supply, and international cooperation.
Our aim is not to create short-term one-off solutions. We develop structures that build knowledge, improve processes, and can be further developed locally in the long term.

From Germany to international projects
Experience from German hospitals as the foundation
The experience gained from working with German hospitals forms an important foundation for our international projects.
In Serbia, SBP Management, together with Akademija MASOK, is developing models for vocational qualification in healthcare and medical technology. These experiences also serve as a reference for the development of the German-Kazakh Health Initiative and a planned competence center in Kazakhstan with a perspective for Central Asia.
